Today I finally got around to visiting the Choke Motorcycle Shop in Silverlake, Los Angeles, a small but very cool moped establishment that crammed full of new and used mopeds, parts, gear and even a few pinball machines.
It’s the one place you should visit if you are wanting a cool moped or maybe their workshop will get your bike fixed or even tuned up, if you are lucky enough to be invited into the ‘Members Area’ by Jeff or Nick, Cafe Legs is a place to chill out, chew the fat and stare at more fantastic and classic 50cc motorbikes.
This place is the real deal, cool gear everywhere, leather suits, tires and even a moped hanging from the walls and a jerry-can keeps the front door open, this is how all shops should be.
