    Story by Jame Robinson:

For this adventure I would ride the all new Scrambler Ducati Cafe Racer through the beautiful wine regions of Tuscany, Italy!

The plan was simple, ride brilliant biking roads, visit historic towns, and enjoy the local food along the way.

My first stop was a world championship winning Gelato shop and a medieval town.

This well-known historic town was a tourist trap and when I saw the size of the line or the Gelato, I knew I wasn’t going to get a taste, as there was no way I was going to waste time stood in a line when I could be out riding!

Once away from all those crowds of people, it was back to business and riding the twisty open road.

The Scrambler Cafe Racer made light work out of the endless corners, and I enjoyed every mile on this stylish machineas I rode to the next historic town and food stop.

After a quick rest and a strong Italian espresso, it was back on the road and leaving this gorgeous town behind me, as now I rode to our final destination for the day and deeper into the Tuscan hills.

In much of Italy, the further you get from the city, the twister the roads get and the fresher the food and ingredients are.

Now I am in the heart of the countryside and riding towards a place where they grow on premises and the owner is also the cook!

And there is no better way to work up an appetite, than riding your motorbike on brilliant biking roads!

Todays roads had been fantastic and I had arrived just in time for dinner.

    Day2:

As I said goodbye to the agriturismo, I would start the day off with a gentle ride on the local trails

And as I hit the road those brilliant corners were just waiting for me!

It was straight back into riding corner after corner, as I enjoyed meandering through the valleys on the Cafe Racer.

After a tasty lunch the endless amazing corners just continued, WOW! this is moto heaven!

After running low on gas, I was relieved to see this little gas station at the side of the road, time for a top up and then back on the road for more twists and turns.

As I came into this old town I made sure I had another one of those espresso shots, they are a great quick and easy ‘pick me up’when you are on the road.

As always its great to see dedicated motorcycle parking and other bikers.

The pace of life is so relaxed out here, even a cat can rest on the the railway tracks! But this beautiful landscape continued and so did the corners, but it was good to slow down once in a while and soak it all in.

The end of my Tuscany adventure was near, so I just enjoyed these windy roads until the end of the day.

Wow, this adventure had been nothing short of spectacular! And as the sun went down, there was only one way to end this….

and thats with a huge thumbs up!
